Güzelleş is a platform that allows users to discover beauty salons and hairdressers, read reviews and book appointments online. The platform also provides businesses with tools for appointment management, customer tracking and digital presence management.

3. Membership and Account Security

  • You must create an account in order to benefit from the platform's services.
  • You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • The security of your account is your own responsibility. You are advised not to share your password with third parties.
  • If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
  • The platform reserves the right to suspend or close accounts on which suspicious activity is detected.

4. User Obligations

Platform users agree to comply with the following rules:

  • Not send messages containing insults, threats or harassment to other users

5. Appointment Policy

  • Appointments are subject to the business's approval process. Some businesses may use automatic approval.
  • For appointment cancellations, the cancellation policy set by the business applies.
  • If you repeatedly fail to attend appointments, your account may be restricted.
  • Güzelleş is not directly responsible for the quality of the service provided during the appointment.

6. Business Obligations

  • Businesses are obliged to share accurate and up-to-date information about the services they offer.
  • Pricing information must be accurate; misleading campaigns must not be run.
  • Businesses must approve or reject appointment requests within a reasonable time.
  • Businesses may only use customer information within the scope of the appointment service.

7. Ratings and Reviews

  • Users may share honest and constructive reviews about the services they receive.
  • Reviews containing insults, profanity, discrimination or personal attacks may be removed.
  • When fake or misleading reviews are detected, account sanctions may be applied.
  • The platform reserves the right to review comments for moderation.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Güzelleş platform — logo, design, software, images, texts — belongs to Güzelleş and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or using the content on the platform for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Güzelleş does not guarantee the quality, safety or suitability of third-party services offered through the platform. The platform acts as an intermediary between users and businesses and cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the services.

10. Changes

Güzelleş reserves the right to update these terms of use without prior notice. The current terms will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the platform means that you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms of use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.
